Sky Device Support

The method of finding your model may differ slightly between devices, but it can usually be found in the following ways:

For phones and tablets: Your model number can be found by opening the Settings menu of your phone or tablet, then selecting General, and finally selecting About. Your model should be displayed here. Your model can also be found within the user guide or box contents of your original packaging.

For MacBooks: Select the Apple menu in the top left of the screen, then select About This Mac. Your model will be displayed here.

For wearables and accessories: The model can usually be found printed on the device itself, or in the relevant app on a paired phone or tablet.
